Endoscopic Brow Lift

This procedure is used to correct saggy eye brows and to improve the horizontal lines of a person's forehead that may make them appear angry, sad or tired. The endoscopic forehead lift may also be subdivided into four procedures.

Full Forehead: This procedure is used to improve sagginess of the eyebrow, tissue sagginess of the upper eyelid, wrinkles of the forehead, frown lines and part of the crow's feet wrinkles. (as depicted in the image to the left, showing the extend of the area involved.). The smaller "dark pink" lines behind the hairline shows the "access" points.

Frontal Forehead: This procedure is used to improve the medial and central portion of the brow ("head and body of the brow"), sagginess of the tissue between the brows, frown lines and forehead wrinkles.

Lateral Forehead: This procedure is used to improve the sagginess of the lateral portion of the brow (tail of the the brow), sagginess of the upper eyelid, and part of the crow's feet wrinkles.

Mid Forehead: This procedure is used to improve the soft tissue sagginess above the nose, between the eyebrows, sagginess of the medial portion of the eyebrow ("head of the brow") and frown lines.

Endoscopic Periorbit

The Periorbital lift is used to improve tissue sagginess around the orbit, upper and lower eyelids, crow's feet, improving the "sclera show" under the eyes, (white part of the eye showing too much), to tighten the lower eyelid.

Combining it with full forehead, you can obtain improvement of total sagginess of the eyebrow, tissue sageness of the upper eyelid, wrinkles of the forehead, frown lines and part of the crow's feet.

Combining it with the lateral forehead you can get improvement of the sagginess of the lateral portion of the brow ("tail of the brow"), sagginess of the upper eyelid and part of the crow's feet wrinkles. In the illustration on the left, the pink elliptical shapes mark the endoscopic incisions.

Endoscopic Midface Lift

This procedure is used to improve tissue sagginess around the nostrils of the nose and upper lip, and some improvement of the lower eyelid depression.

Combining it with full forehead, you can obtain improvement of total sagginess of the eyebrow, tissue saggines of the upper eyelid, wrinkles of the forehead, frown lines and part of the crow's feet.

The pink elliptical marks are the incisions used for endoscopic surgery

The area treated with the endoscopic approach includes the pink shaded areas of the face.

Endoscopic Face Lift

The endoscopic face lift allows surgeons to avoid the traditional ear-to-ear incision along, or in the hairline. The Facelift procedure, or Endolowerface, is indicated for the improvement of the tissue saggines around the lower face, with some improvement around the jawl.

It can be combined with full or lateral forehead, you can obtain improvement of total sagginess of the eyebrow, tissue saggines of the upper eyelid, wrinkles of the forehead, frown lines and part of the crow's feet wrinkles.

Combining it with the lateral forehead you can get improvement of the sagginess of the lateral portion of the brow ("tail of the brow"), sagginess of the upper eyelid and part of the crow's feet wrinkles.

The illustration demonstrate the incisions used for the endoscopic approach on elliptical pink color; and the pink shaded area shows the area treated in this procedure.

Cheek Augmentation (Endoscopic)

Cheek Augmentation

Plastic surgeons use facial implants to improve and enhance facial contours. Frequently, these implants will help provide a more harmonious balance to your face and features so that you feel better about the way you look.

There are many implants available, manufactured from a variety of materials. They may help strengthen a jawline or bring the chin or cheekbones into balance with the rest of the face.

This brochure describes some of the facial implants currently available as well as the techniques for their use. It will familiarize you with these procedures but cannot provide all the details which may be relevant to your particular needs.

If you feel that one or more of the procedures described in this brochure may be of benefit, be sure to ask your plastic surgeon for more information.
